Good luck with that.

LoL STFU... I just wished you luck. No need to get all butthurt
I'm with King on this one bud; good luck. Rebuilding a turbo should only be done by a professional with the training/knowledge/experience and equipment to properly balance it to ensure a long and happy life of boosting.
As for the call out on his mods list I hope that you are referring to his sig sarcastically or actually took a honest look at his ACTUAL mod list.

Bullshit.
I've rebuilt the turbo on my 3rd gen Supra no problems at all. I've even mic'd this turbine shaft even through out its lenght.
So do you slap your tires on yoru wheels and assume that these are balanced too?![]()
I'm just busting. Seriously though, if there's no physical damage to the wheels, or any amount of material removed from any of the moving parts (chips from a fin, etc.) then you're more than good to go, so happy rebuilding![]()
Even a few grams from one side would put your turbo out of balance when it's spinning at 90,000+ rpms, so if it is damaged in any small way at all, I personally would send it out to be done professionally. That way if something happens, you have someone else to blame.
