Boost Tapering

I didn't have this problem before i did my auto to 5 speed swap.

In second gear my boost goes from 18 to 11 psi and in 3rd gear i goes from 21 to 13 psi.

I did a boost leak test, about 5 psi, because my compressor is small and i didn't hear anything and when i sprayed everything with soapy water, i didn't see any bubbles.

I checked my intercooler pipes real good because those had to be removed to do the swap.

Im kindof stumped as to why it drops so fast.

Did you happen to log any of this on Dsmlink? If so, what does it look like? Check for boost leaks up to 20 psi.

When and how fast does it taper off? Is it just at the higher RPM's? Are you still running the 14b turbo? If so 18-21 psi sounds like a lot for that thing to sustain at high RPM'S, although 11-13 seems a bit low as well.

Could be a combination of things but I'm thinking part of it is just that your turbo might not be able to supply that much air. I don't know why the AT to MT conversion would affect it though.
