Help Nothing electrical works...!

Ok, im working on my project car and I just got the engine in and all the interior in. Most of the electrical stuff works. Ive checked my ground points, fuses, fusable links or w/e they are, and relays. Ive grouded the dimmer and that didnt do anything. Heres a list..
Works
Stock boost gauge
Low coolant light
Battery light
other warning lights
A/C light(green/yellow) but compressor doesnt turn on(relay clicks)

Does not work
All interior lights
headlights
brake lights
windows
cigarette lighter
hazards
dimming gauge lights

Does anyone see a connection between what doesnt work? Are there any large connections that would not be hooked up thats causeing all this. Since there so mnay things not working im assuming one thing is causing them all. Any ideas would be greatly appriciated!!

the only thing i can think of is that there is a wire cut or there was a short somewhere in the wiring harns

I'd say there is a plug unhooked from the fuse block.When you say interior back in what all was removed? The dash?

Yes, the entire interior(dash, carpets, panels, front/rear seats) was removed and replaced becasue the old one was crappy. I also did a engine swap/

Check under your dash where your fuse panel is and ensure that all the plugs are plugged in securely. Sounds like the back of the fuse panel does not have everything plugged in.
