Engine Problems....and i cant figure it out

hey guys i got a problem.....

i drive a 94 talon (non-turbo) i have so other mods that arent on the list in my profile but about a month ago i changed over my intake with a short ram intake....i bought a special filter online that would hold the air mass sensor (otherwise the car wouldnt run) and when i finished thats when the trouble started. my car is misfiring and i dont know why. the weird thing about it is that it never does it when im at an idle or when im giving it gas, either with the throttle wide open or just a little at cruising speed. the only time it ever misfires is when when i let off the gas. not completly either. if i take my foot off the gas totaly then its fine and is no different. it only happens when i ease off the throttle. i know its crazy. now the first thing i did when it started happening was that i checked the vacuum hoses because thats the first thing that came to mind.....nothing...all the hoses were fine. ive taken the thing apart 3 times tryin to find the problem. i thought it might be the air mass sensor so i sprayed some of that air mass cleaner in it and that did nothing...im not really sure how i would test it to see if the sensor itself is ok but it wouldnt make sense if it just stopped working when i changed it over. im on vacation right now but ill be home tomorrow and im going to spray some throttle body cleaner in it to see what that does but thats everything i can think of.

i could use some help on this one...thanx

sounds kinda weird, maybe check the TPS sensor and make sure the plug did not come off or something.
