Since you have DSMlink, just turn on the fuel pump with the software (click on ECU/Logfile > Miscellaneous then click the Fuel Pump button) and set it to 43.5 psi. You don't even need to disconnect the vacuum line. You can also easily check for leaks this way. Once it is set, it should read about 38 or 39 (give or take a few) with the vacuum line connected.
Which AFPR do you have?
Do you have fuel pressure gauge (either on your fuel rail, on your AFPR, or in your cabin)? If under the hood, is it a liquid filled gauge?
Are you sure DSMlink is set up properly to handle your upgraded injectors?
And, as dsm-onster said, have you done a boost leak test lately?
