Which flywheel for an auto?

You could probably save quite a bit of money by purchasing neither. Automatics don't use flywheels, only a flexplate to carry the ring gear for the starter. The torque converter takes the place of the clutch assembly.
 
True, there was a company making aftermarket flexplates, but i have since lost that. It'd be nice to see that come back though. If you're looking to get more performance out of your a/t, look at getting a shift kit, end clutches, a tranny cooler, a temp gauge, and a restalled TC.

EDIT, Check out IPT at importperformancetransmissions.com for all your a/t needs. Except TC's, i think they stopped doing those.
