I just recently started working on my 95 TSI. I'm installing a header 16g evo III turbo 3 inch downpipe, and 3 inch exhausht, MBC, and FMIC. Before doing this I had a problem with what I thought was fuel cut. I added a greddy type rs BOV and at 4.5 K rpms the engine studdered like fuel cut. While working on my car i found that the vacum house going from the stock boost controller to the wastegate was cut, and realy not even on the wastegate. My question is that will not having that vacum hose to the wastegate cause a problem felling like fuel cut? I have fixed the problem, but the car is stillnot running. I plan on running about 8-10 psi on a 190 LPH fuel pump till I get 550 injectors, fpr, 255 wally, and a s-afc. Wondering if I need to look out for more things to avoid problems. I plan on a boost leakdown test before I start up the Talon as well.
Thanks,
Max
