Well my question is, because I have a 90 ecu will there be a problem if I were to use the e931 bin?? I believe those came on 91-94 cars and I was wondering if I would run into any problems. If so I guess I'll have to use my eprom burning to read my stock chip and adjust it from there???

Nope, there will be no problems with running the e931 bin in your 90 ecu. The added benefit of this is that you get a slightly extended closed loop fuel trim range.
