Here is my log, I dont have access to dsmlink forums. Let me know how it looks and where to improve. I know that there is knock at the end. Let me know. Thanks.

Smooth out the timing changes in the mid range. Also your coolant temps are a bit high and your o2 looks like its on the fritz.

Im going to work on the timing, how would i go about fixing the o2 and the temperature?

Make sure your cooling fans work, and or rewire them. Did you remove any of the shrouding? if so put it back.

Just replace the O2 sensor, they are ~$80 at auto zone for a bosch one.
