chtown,
I have a 90 tsi and was wondering what options do i have to get rid of the fuel cut?? It has a kn filter 255 pump and exhaust!! and a mbc!!

I'm surprised that no one has recommended doing a boost leak check. These little things will add up and fuel cut will rear it's ugly head because the knock count will go through the roof.

Fuel cut happens because of airflow. The ECU thinks that there isn't enough fuel because the MAF is being maxed out. Usually fuel cut means there's a boost leak.

If you are truly maxing out the MAF, and don't have a boost leak, you could try using the GM MAF translator to allow you to read higher airflow. But I see you have an SAFC and that should be enough to avoid fuel cut with the injectors you are using, unless there is a boost leak. Are you sure it's fuel cut?
