DSMlink upload problems

When i try to get a log of dsmlink with my laptop, i have everything plugged in and i hit the capture button when the car is on, and it times out. I cant seem to get the computer to capture anything. Does anyone know why this is happening or have any insight? Thanks.

Make sure you are pluged into the correct com port.
