Ok I couldn't figure out with section to put this thread in, I figured this would be the best.

Now here is my question. I have a 4G63 Six bolt block and head just sitting around in my garage. I have a 97 GST and I have long wanted to own a Lancer Evolution IV or V, now has anyone ever heard of a 97 Mitsubishi Mirrage with a 4G AWD swap in it? Or just a FWD 4G swap. i know that the AWD would require alot of modification to the car along with the fabrication so the motor alone would be able to sit in the motor bay. :dsm:

Thank You

Money and headaches. I'm not sure you grasp just how much you're looking at in the way of "a lot of modification". It will cost you a lot of money. Some things will be fine -a lot of the bolts will still be right-hand thread, for instance- and others will be a matter of installing the car on the driveline instead of putting the driveline in the car. Oh, and it will be expensive.
But when you're done, you'll have a hotted-up 97 Mirage. Ladies, stand back.
