120K Tuneup Questions

2 questions:

1, what would be the recommended place to get the parts for a 120K tuneup the cheapest? I know with the 3000GT's, I was going to Rockville Mitsubishi because they offered a 3SI discount, however I don't know what would be best to get the parts I need for this engine

2, what all parts are needed for this tuneup? I've seen a few things here and there, but nothing definitive in the way of "you need to replace this" for the tuneup

technically speaking....at 120K the following should be done...i may forget something..

-change oil and filter
-all belts...ESPECIALLY TIMING..
-water pump
-oil pump
-spark plugs
-change your coolant
-replace any old hoses
-change your tranny fluid
-lub up your ball joints
-inspect anything and everything for leaks..or just weird stuff...

yea i left some stuff out but that's a good deal of it...

They should still offer you the same discount, especially if you're an established customer. Ask them.

I would stick with Rockville Mitsubishi. I buy all my OEM parts there. They have a DSM discount also (30% on several tune-up items, 25% on the rest).
