Dude first off your pictures are way to big.

To me it looks like there is oil mixing with your coolant and thats what is causing it to look the way it does.
 
Your pictures are too big - Resize them before moderators close your thread.

It looks like you have oil mixing in your coolant.

It could be one or more of the following:
You crushed your coolant filled oiler cooler by over tightening your filter
You have a blown head gasket
or some other leak some place in the engine where their mixing.
 
milky coolant is oil+coolant mixing. good stuff.

a compression check will show wether or not the head gasket failed.
