Well where to we start...for the past month we have been removing/installing a new head on my friends '91 GSX. Well install list:
Rebuilt Stock 1'G Head
Small 16'G
SBR J-Pipe with Blow Thru FMIC
Tial 50mm BOV
3"GMAF & Translator
ARP Head Studs
Slimline
Timing Belt
650cc injectors with Supporting fuel mods.
ECT.
Well, we need a place to tap for the MBC. There is no nipple on the compressor housing or J-Pipe. I rather not T into the BOV line if we dont have to. Second, car was idling at 2000rpm...maybe the computer was relearning. We had the car running for a min
...and then the oil feed line was leaking. The Gmaf is set to the 650cc preset. Also, there is a Purple wire that we cant figure out where it goes coming out of the GMAF translator box.
