For a while now, my car has been smoking out the tail pipe when it starts to warm up, but not much. It only smokes then, and when i come back to a stop light, or at idle. It does not do it when I am boosting, but only very slight blue smoke. My dipstick pops out when i beat on it hard, which the dipstick is the stock very old, shriveled up dipstick. My turbo is being routed from the oil filter housing, on the unfiltered port. The pcv valve is fine. I have no catchcan, and the breather hose is being run to my air intake system. Once again, it does not smoke all the time, usually when i get back to idle. I am getting -12 vacuum at idle, if that is normal. What could this be? Valve seals?

More likely its your valve stem seals in the addition of having some blow by which all engines have with high milage, especially with turbocharged motors... If it were turbo seals youd probably blow more smoke under boost than anything.... If it was your rings, it would smoke constantly, especially under vacuum ( decelleration ) Start with the seals, and put a catch can so you can see how much blow by you are actually getting...
