I was told today that I should squish my BOV on my 2g 4g63. I am wondering what this does, why I would do it, the advantages, how to do it or to check if it's been done? Thanks

That only works on 1g bov's, your bov is plastic and would break if you tried to crush it.

The stock 2g valve leaks at elevated boost levels. Which bov you decide to go with depends on how much boost you plan on running and personal preference.

A stock uncrushed 1g bov will usually hold around 15-18 psi. There are modifications you can make to increase the capacity of the BOV.

Whichever route you decided to go make sure you get a bov that can be recirculated back into the intake system.
