cam question

well i found a smoking deal on a set of hks 272s but the guy said he bought them for a 98 2g so that means 7bolt and i have a 6bolt. is there any difference?

nope, a 4G63 cam is a 4g63 cam unless its for an evo 8 then i'm not sure. Pretty much any bolt on part ecept for flywheels are going to be 6/7 bolt interchangeable, but remember that internals like pistons and rods are a little bit different. Also, the 1G head has bigger ports but you probally knew that

awsome thanks alot oh ya i kno the other differences i just coudlnt remeber if cams were the same. so ya hows 100 bucks for a set of real hks cams sound . a local guy is selling them beacuse hes selling his car. oh ya there brand spanking new. i love finding awsome deals
