Car wont start

Well I turned the car off when I went 2 the store and when I tryed to start it up it wouldnt!! Everything is new
coil pack
starte
wires plugs
ECU
batter(checked connections
When I go to start the car the gauge cluster dont light up. Nothing comes on, its like Im trying to start the car with the battery not in. I was thinkin of the MPi or ignition fuse but would it cause that problem?
Also my girlfriend just told me that while I was in the store she heard a clicking sound

you should try to push start it and see if it works. if it does its probably something to have to do with the starting/charging system.

Have you checked all of your fuses? Does the battery have any voltage?
