Is there any vendor i can get good quality motor mounts for a 2g turbo? Or is OEM the only way? Thanks.

Depends on if you want performance "Prothane" mounts, or stock motor mounts.

Cheaper to get some polyurethane and fill them youself.

I agree with Fastazzevo. I just did mine yesterday since I have the transmission out. paid $15 for the polyurethane from autozone and filled 3 mounts so far..also heres a link from RRE on how to do it..http://www.raktron.com/misc/mt.htm

If done correctly, you won't notice any difference other than a lighter wallet. Seriously! Take it from me, Learned the hard way with a car I thought needed all these expensive parts. Parts choice is the number 1 hardest thing to do. choose wisely. Not everything is about the dollars!!!!!!!

OH man! everyone in this thread waisted there money. Just go to homedepot or lowes and get the PL construction grade polyurethane adhesive. It is around 2.50 for a tube and is plenty for ALL the mounts. Held great for 10s of thousands of miles wheelhop on a 450hp 1gA and all!!!

Works great for broken or non broke motor mounts. . . If they're broken this is the cheapest way to fix them AND they'll be HUGELY! stronger. . .
