I started a thread yesterday, but no one responded to it..... Anyways my problem is when i begin to let the clutch out almost as soon as it begins to engage a get a wicked vibration. Looking at the engine and transmission when letting the clutch out you can see the engine rock back and forth. I know the mounts are not in the best of shape, but it was not doing this before the new clutch. When i did the clutch i also had the axles rebuilt, installed new wheel bearings, new ball joints, new tie rods, new timing belt, universal joints, center bearings, slave cylinder, clutch master cylinder, and clutch pedal assembly. I figured the car would feel great, but instead got this kick to the face. I think it could be excessive run-out on the fresh cut flywheel, run-out on the pressure plate surface, or run-out on the clutch (maybe dropped and warped). I am just trying to diagnose this thing right the first time, so any thoughts to as what could be wrong with this thing would be great.

How long has it been since the swap? Just by chance have you checked your clutch fluid? If theres not much or none in there it won't engage/disengage properly.

I just finished the clutch about 4 days ago....maybe ill try to bleed it. I bled it when i changed my clutch master and slave which was a couple months before i did the clutch. During the clutch job i didn't disconnect any lines, but i guess its possible and definetly easier to do then take the transmission back out.
