Big Bore throttle body question

I know the 1G is cheaper, but is the ebay one better quality? I just want least possible amount of trouble on the install. Has anyone used the ebay ones? any luck? quality? or should I stick new seals in the 1g tb and use the money for something else? thanks.

I actually bought that TB off that same dealer on ebay. Its a mitsubishi core, as he will ask for yours in exchange as well, that is bored out, cleaned, and rebuilt. So the quality isn't a question. If you get one with three vacuum ports on the top, THAT's MY CORE, and you can rest assured its a real mitsu TB! I haven't fired up my motor yet, but the quality and workmanship looks great.

Don't forget: ebay is not a vendor. It's a marketplace. It's likely there is more than one guy machining throttle bodies and selling them on ebay. I bought one from ebay from a guy with a web site throttlebodys.com. I was very impressed with the quality of the machining and rebuild.
