Hey guys I was wondering if you guys could help me out I had a quick question about the stock upper mounts I know I need to compress the stock spring to get the uppermount but what i was wondering was do I need to compress the stock uppermount on the new coilover or can I simply put the uppermount over the coilover and torque it down. If you guys could help me out on this I would really appreciate it thanks.

You will not need to compress the spring on the Tien. You will however need to compress it on the stuck strut. Using or not using a pillowball mount will not effect this.
