Issues with head studs?

The former owners of my talon put some head studs in. I think they got the wrong size because they are all ground up. Is this normal?

Also, getting the head out was a B#*$! It stuck on there badly. How do I avoid this, or should I just #### out and go find some head bolts?

Might as well go with some ARP head studs and the metal OEM head gasket that way you can handle a little more boost if you want to run it higher.

Keep in mind that many, many guys run significantly high boost w/ a stock composite headgasket and arp head tuds clamped down to 110 f-lbs (lubed w/ motor oil).

What do you mean ground up? pics? are these arp head studs?
