I just got my clutch and flywheel installed. I drove it and when I engaged the clutch slowly the car starts shaking violently and it also happens when I downshift from 3rd to 2nd but not so much on other gears. Is this normal because its new and I have to break in or what? When I engage the clutch slowly the car also barely moves.

Was the flywheel stepped for the clutch? That sounds like clutch chatter, which if you do a search here will come up with numerous different possible causes of why that is happening.
It would be my best guess that something was not bolted correctly or the step height was not correct. Something along those lines. I got an ACT 2100 clutch and an ACT flywheel installed. I have a little amount of clutch chatter but not much really at all.
