I performed a boost leak test a week ago and my boost gauge was reading fine. Performed one last night after fixing some leaks and it does not register any psi. There are literally no leaks now.

This is kind of weird, same thing happened to me 2 days ago when I did my boost leak test... after I fixed all the throttlebody leaks, the psi gauge registers 0 psi now.

Your valves may have been in overlap when you did the test allowing the pressure to escape out the exhaust. This is why oldman has recommended doing the test with the motor set at 30* ATDC. You can see more of his recommendations here in post #7:

Repeat the boost leak test with the motor in the correct "position" and let us know what you find.

Sorry to thread steal, but is there a procedure to finding 30 * ATDC?
