Upsetting Results Of Compression Test, Need Help

Hey i just did a compression test on the 1990 GST i just got picked up for 400.00, so here are the numbers:
cyl 1: 125 Psi:(
cyl 2: 125 Psi:(
cyl 3: 120 Psi:(
cyl 4: 8 Psi :cry: (did the test 3 times because i couldnt believe it myself)

car idles rough similar to alot of 1g's but drives decent out of first gear. How long do you think this motor has until its junk?
 
well, it'll be complete junk as soon as it stops running, but 15psi difference is the service limit, so you're ready for a rebuild no matter what.

have you done a wet test to see if it's any better?
