N/T to Turbo 1G

I have been wanting to change my 93 talon to a Turbo for the longest time. I just want to see if it will be a waist of time and money.

As of now, the mods done to my N/T are headers with 2.5" exhaust to the muffler, cold air intake, chopped air can, header, AFPR, and a walpro 255 fuel pump.

If I bought a turbo kit including the intercooler, piping, header, turbo, wastegate, oil line, forged pistons/rods with 7.5:1 compression, bigger injectors, and other small parts needed to finish the job, would that be a waste of time and money? I know alot of other people just say to swap the n/t motor with one that is already turbo, but it is almost impossible for me to find one that is worth buying that I would not have to rebuild anyways.

waste of time and MONEY, most well tell you that..but in the end its your car and money so do what makes you happy

ive heard that one of the reasons you shouldnt turn a non turbo into a turbo is a n/a 4g63 block does not not have oil squirters. Are they needed in the conversion?

If i did build a turbo car from a N/T motor with changed pistons and cams, would it still hold up as well as an already turbo motor?

Sure, as long as you used forged pistons and not the cheap cast ones the oil squirters are'nt neccesary.
