1g Throttle Body question

Will a T/B off of a 1g non turbo car work to swap into a 2g turbo? Or does it have to come from a turbo car? I searched and could not find a definite answer.

yes a non turbo t/b will work on a turbo car as long as its off a dual cam motor, however on a non turbo t/b there is a lip which the stock intake tube connects which wont allow your t/b elbow to bolt up so no it wont work unless you have some sort of custom intercooler piping this is from my experience with a 1g but i imagine a 2g would be the same hope this helps
