I'm missing a throttle body connector.

I have a wire by the throttle it's blue and I have a single prong pin.

What does this prong do? File attached below.

It's probably your throttle plate closed switch. It tells the ECU the throttle is fully closed and cuts fuel depending on conditions. On the 1g's the switch is separate from the TPS. With the 2g's it is integrated with the TPS.
 
So then in order for it to run properly I would need a 2G TPS then? I'm getting a high and surging idle when the car isn't warmed up and I'm thinking it's the FIAV but I'm not totally sure. I've tested the ISC and it's 30 ohms across.
