Here is the deal. I have 6-bolt swap in a 2g. Its fully built and o-ringed (check my profile). The problem is that I check my oil and it looks kind of milky. block and head were resurfaced. I have a mitsu mls on copper o-ring. what do you recommend I do to fix it. Maybe copper spray the HG? I torqued head studs down to arp specs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you still have the oil/antifreeze heat exchanger on the oil filter housing?

Sometimes, these can fail internally, allowing the oil and coolant to mix.

It's worth looking at before you pull the head, that's for sure. :thumb:
