Ok what the crap?

Ok so i just spent all week putting all my new parts in ( t3/t4, tubular manifold, tial 38 mm ext. WG, fmic, 3 in hp, hks ssq, 3 in intake, k&n fipk, 1 mm OS SS valves, bc valve springs, ti retainers, hks 272's, fidanza cam gears, aem fuel rail, 650 cc injectors, apex safc 2, blitz BC, and a greddy tt). Now between shifts it wants to die. Im meetering and my car runs rich until i shift then it runs lean as hell. i have tried to adjust it but you can only run so rich at law rpms. do any of you have some feed back as to why this would be happening? with me head just gettin a make over i am breakin it in by only boostin 10 lbs. i have ran out of ideas.

Are you venting the BOV? If so, that might be why.
