Will a early 92 LSD rear end swap into my 90 GSX?

UPDATE:

I just did the swap. Every thing seem to bolt up just fine. I was a little worried at first that the LSD pumpkin was slightly wider than the original differential bay a half inch. But, turns out there the exact same size; ooh doggie...

The trouble was caused by a small lip at the entrance edge of the mounting location that must be negotiated from the rear of the vehicle. Pulling the differential back and up, almost into place from the back, then push it forward, threading the top two bolts soon as possible. Your not able to simply lift the 30 pound diff straight up into its mount. It wont fit. Its to wide at that steel mount bracket edge, that straddles the entire differential from the top.

As for gear ratio's; I'll just have to wait and see. From what I've been able to read; I don't think there's to many set ups for the 1GA DSM when it came to rear ends.
I could be wrong though..? I'll find out in a month or so, after I put back the engine.
