Steinbach,
Hey guys, i just rebuilt my motor, and am just finishing up but just need to hook up some vac lines.. i heard and read alot about the vaccum line delete but its still kind of fuzzy to me.. i just want to get the car going tomorrow and not worry bout the egr blockoff because i have everything plugged in. What im concerned about right now is the 2 lines coming off the purge control solenoid.. im not sure where they go and also there are a couple more vac lines in that area that i not sure about. i think my charcoal canister may be removed, but ill double check tomorrow to make sure.. Another thing is what can i do to just get it running, can i block off some of those vac lines on the purge control solenoid or better yet, where do i plug them in, if its just emissions and doesnt matter ill just leave them un plugged but if its causes a running problem i want to take care of it. So please any one that has done this vac line delete or has any pics of anything related, even of stock routing.. it would help out alot.

How i have my setup.
-Have the vaccum line going from your FPR go to the intake manifold(boost gauge souce as well)
-Plug all 4 vaccum inlets on top of the throttle body
-get rid of all the emission stuff in the upper right corner, get rid of all those vaccum lines going to all that stuff, i unplugged and competely got rid of it.
-Charcoal canister, take the larger fuel return line(that goes to the tank) and turn it downward underneath the car
-Make sure you EGR is blocked off, then forget those lines that run to and from it
-Make sure your BOV has its vaccum line as well as your wastegate line.

Ok cool, and another thing, what about the fuel pressure solenoid? I was looking at the diagram from taboo and cant figure out where that would be. Is that in that little mess that i took out in top right corner? I just took a vaccum source from the intake mani and ran it straight to my fpr then have a t in it for my boost gauge, is that all right to do?

PCV to IM too i hope. Otherwise, now that i think about it, yeah. Thats about all i have too.

Doesn't it look clean?? I removed all my ac, and my cruise too, and it's like a totally different engine bay.

You correct, the FPS only raises fuel pressure when the motor is hot, so the fuel doesn't evaporate in the fuel rail. You may feel some problems starting the car when the car is warm, but it shouldn't be major. You have everything else correct.

k and yah i have my pcv still hooked up, and yah i also took out my ac and it sure did clean stuff up alot, i just gotta get in there and do some scrubbing now though.. Thanks alot for all the help guys, it is much much appreciated!

what should i do with all the lines that were going to the charcoal canister. I Put the one thats going to the fuel tank below the car. Should i just cap the other ones off or does it not matter.
