new bumper, should fit fine?

I just ordered in a 97 - 99 eclipse GSX front bumper for my 95 Eagle Talon. Is it a direct bolt on? or will I need to do some cutting?

also, I want to replace all the smaller bolts, where should I look for them?

Direct bolt on, with the 97-99 eclipse headlights

You will need the 97-99 headlights! Using your 95 lights will not work, they are to long. Other than that it will bolt right up. I cut the bumper where the FMIC sits a bit higher just so it exposes the FMIC more, but you will have no need for that.

Get some 97-99 headlights and your good to go.

Alright, I already got the 97 - 99 black housing projectors for the bumper. It should be arriving Wednesday and I'll be getting it painted within the month.. I don't want to put it on too soon though, still crappy weather and construction around where I work

about the bolts though on the inside of the bumper.. do you have any idea the length, and width of them? I want to replace them all when I put on the new bumper as I know a couple of the bolts are a little rusted.

I have the same bumper and headlights going on to my 95 tsi awd. The headlights are bad ass your gonna love em! I test fitted the front bumper this last weekend and it didn't look like it was gonna fit over the 95 talon bumper reinforcement. I didn't look into it too much cause I just assumed I would need to get the one for a 97+ bumper...

The under body hasn't changed much I think, from what i've read it's direct bolt on, no cutting. I can't WAIT..

what colour is your talon? Mine is white body black top.
