Cold start problems 2 gn 6bolt

My name is marcel van Dale from Holland Europe. My grammar will not be perfect but i do my best.

I have the following problem i recently converted a 2 gen eclipse GS 4g63
from a 7 bolter into a 6 bolter galant vr4 evo , i changed the motor mount etc pump relais wirekit etc intercooler etc. i have done the airflowmeter conversion from the 1 gn to the 2 gn

the engine works well but the problem is that when i do a cold start it has to be started for at leased 5 times and after that it runs like a dream.
I have done the following

Changed the stepper engine
checked the Ecu cleaned all the connecting pins
checked if there was not a wire broken

the problem now is that the stepper motor sometimes works to, and then it starts direct and sometimes not i have adjusted the trottle sensor not the TPS
put on another ecu from a non turbo than the engine starts direct, put on another turbo ecu MD 150427 it starts but this is i think an ecu from a normal vr 4 turbo with the 450 cc injectors and not the 510 cc so i am not sure if i can use it any ideas

some pictures ps does any one has a wiring diagram for a 2 gn i have to put the Airco in again but dont now what exact wires

Did you keep the EGR on the car?

Can,t remember , the car is already on it,s way home so i can, t look at it at the moment
( it,s a ### motor i parly rebuild it ) i building on the moment a mirage 1993 gti with a 4g63 non turbo and i took the EGR off it has made a mess off the engine
