I have 14B turbo @15psi and few other mods (in profile).

I've heard that 15psi is optimal boost for this turbo, I don't want to damage it...
On Autometer AFR gauge I'm running rich.

I've Walbro 190lph but I'm thinking is it worth installing anyway?

Or mayby just do rewire...?

Definatly worth installing the 190lph and definatly do the rewire it will be worth the little trouble now than all the trouble later when you are rebuilding the motor due to lack of fuel. Also just an FYI get a wide band air fuel gauge. Good luck, Keith!

it's a good start you won't need an afpr with the 190, you won't have any problems, just pop it in and rewire it. good luck with the install
