Just bought my 90 Laser turbo from the original owner with 200k. He said that the regular maint. has been done it's whole life, but it's now coming close to doing it again. Few quick questions:

1. What type of plugs should I use? I plan on going no farther than regular bolt ons go.(Intake, TB exhaust, FMIC, etc.)
2. When i'm changing the valve cover gasket, what other gaskets should I change? I remember reading about them but can't for the life of me find them again.
3. Does it really matter where I get the gaskets from? I.E. mitsu., advanced, pep boys, etc.?

Are you modding this thing with 200K on the motor?!?! WTF
Run a compression test if so just to make sure everything is okay.

Everyone seems to recommend NGK BPR6 plug's for general set up's.

I've heard a lot of people recommend Mitsu gaskets as well.
