2G Gasket Help!

hey whats up guys, im looking for the gasket that goes between the thermostat housing and the head, I found threads for part numbers for 1g's but just want to make sure that there the same part number for a 2g, I went to the dealership and they gave me the run around about having an Eagle at a Mitsu dealer so I went to the local Dodge dealer and they gave me the run around about having a "Mitsu" at a Dodge dealer...any help would be greatly apreciated, maybe part numbers, actual name of the housing, and/or where i could find it! Thanks!

I just made my own because I had trouble finding one also...take your time and use some silicone. No problems so far!!

well folks, this thread is probly dead but just wanted to say...I SEARCHED EVERYWHERE...HIGH AND LOW...for that gasket....Mitsu says it doesnt exist even though one came off...finally just made my own and called it a day...no leaks though, thats the best part!

I think Satan was correct... I looked through CAPS, and it doesn't show any gaskets at all for a 2G anywhere around the water neck or t-stat.

Take a better picture of it, the reason I'm currentley dissembling my motor and replacing gaskets. I'd like to help you on top of that I'm switching to a 2g cylinder head.

The 1g and 2g thermostat housings are different. The gaskets are not interchangeable.

I just used a thin bead of gasket sealer, no leaks.
