Powersteering Removal Question.

I'm removing the power steering on my 95 AWD. My course of action is to remove the pump, reservoir, and lines. Is there anything else that I should remove or is there anything on the rack I need to modify?

Yep your doing it right, make sure you plug up all the lines so depris dont get in. To bad they never made a rack and pinion kit for a 2g.

Should I connect the pressure and return line together, making a little loop? I figured that would keep the gear dry and for some room for the fluid to move back and forth.

yes, cut the metal part of the line, and cut the rubber line, and loop them.
