Hey guys i have a stock 1991 tsi fwd just has free mods. My friend gave me this intercooler its measures 34" length, 6" height (top to bottom) , and 2" wide. Is this better than my sidemount, is it an upgrade? My car is going to have hard 2.5" intercooler pipes, evo 3 mani, catback, 550cc injectors, wlbro 190, and boosting 15. Is this intercooler, by the size a good idea to install?

I ran that same size intercooler on my 14B and it was better than stock, but since it is not so tall EVOIII is probablty the Biggest I would go with it.

Do it. Pretty much any front mount is going to better than the stock sidemount once you start upgrading stuff like the turbo.

Like they said anything bigger than the stock IC is better
