550's would be the easiest upgrade to tune with the AFC. However I don't think that these would support the higher rpm airflow you will be getting with the upgrades cams. Since you have the 255lph fuel pump and AFPR a skilled tuner might be able to make it work by increasing fuel pressure. But to take full advantage of the cams 660's would be a better choice. I have no experience tuning these with the AFC but I'm told it becomes a little more tricky. Hopefully someone with personal experience will lend some input.
 
are you planinng to get a bigger turbo anytime soon if you are you might want to get 780's or the 880
 
I imagine he, like most people, will probably upgrade to DSMLink someday, but if he's content right now to stay with s-afc, then he shouldn't really go much higher than the 660cc injectors since from what I've been reading around here, it becomes a real PITA.
