Autometer Cobalt Series Digital Volts Gauge Installtion

I got this guage used from another member on a different car forum. It came with out instructions and I AM CLUE LESS how to install this ting besides basic + and - as well as where to mount it. It has a few that run to it and a clip on the end. Where do I clip it into? Just cut the clip off and where do I hook up these wires?
