I noticed that when i'm boosting and right after I let off the throttle, I hear a beeping sound near where the ECU is. It's really quite and the only time i can hear it is when the music is off. Any ideas on what it could be?

Nope no aftermarket electronics.

I noticed it only happens sometimes, not all the time. Happens right as soon as i let off the throttle like a bov.

it could be the mpi relay its right next to it and those tend to make noise before they break.it happened to me twice

are you sure its a beep?
if its a relay it might be buzzing, which would mean the electrodes are burning out,
does your car shake or shimmy at all after you let off the gas? driveline?

when you hear the beep, does it always happen when you hear your BOV?

im 100% sure it's a beep. At first I mistook the beep for my cell phone, but then i realized my cell phone doesn't make random beeps. And yes it happens around the same time i hear the bov. The car does jerk a little when i let off the gas, but i never saw it as anything abnormal; just engine braking.
