1g and 2g downpipe

i was just wondering if there is a difference between a 1g awd and a 2g awd 3" downpipe and how much different they are.
also if a 1g awd downpipe will work on a 2g awd car and how much modification is needed

do not believe they work thats why they sell 2 seperate models, the length or something is not the same and the bend as well is a bit off...just buy a 2G and bolt it on....so much easier

But what about the test pipe? I know a person selling a 2g test pipe..will that bolt up to a 1g downpipe?
