What do you use as the upper spacer? I know the stock ones don't fit. I made some out of ground down washers that works but doesn't allow the plug to fit right on the injector. I am replacing my injector harness plugs but I need the correct spacers or whatever those rubber cylinders are called for my RC550's... anybody know?

Hi guys I can't seem to find any information on the site, but how to you get the Rc injectros to fit into the 4G63T head? Do you have to grind down the bottom of the injector?

So there two types of rc injectors? Are your injectors excatly like our stock injectors? Probably mines are for honda?

We recently installed RC1200's in my buddy's 2G TSi AWD and I actually didn't like how the bottom injector insulator fit....the OEM uppers seemed to work just fine.

For the lower insulators, we ended up going to Lowes and getting some 5/16" wire grommets that fit much more snugly on the injector tip than a stock insulator. Similar to the grommets used in this tech article, but with a 5/16" I.D. instead of 3/8":
