I bought a set of white gauge faces from ebay, (never again) I had to pull the needles off to fit them on. Now they don't seem to read right anymore, is there a way to recalibrate the cluster? I made sure that the needles could move without restriction, but the temp gauge sits alll the way down when not running, the gas gauge sits a 1/4, and I'm pretty sure the speedometer is off.
... where do i start. First off... you can't cut the stock gauge faces off, the ebay faces are just overlays. Secondly, if you try to slide your fuel needle down to the "correct" position your just going to screw it up even more. The needles MUST be placed exactly where you want them to be, meaning you can't put the needle on and then move it to position you want. That's why your needles are off right now.
