I can't seem to find the name of this part anywhere, and the dealer is closed today. Here is the Pic. It came off the throttlebody of a 90' turbo Eclipse.

I have been wondering what that is too... I have one on mine as well... on the backside of the TB

Closed throttle position aka stop switch. It tells the ecu when the throttle plate is closed/open and also acts as somewhat of a stop.

Mitsubishi calls it the Idle Position Switch on a 1G but it does that Mike said.
