I was looking in too getting a new turbo, i already have a 14b in my 97 GSX, but it being like 15yrs old i was thinking just getting a new turbo. i just wanted to know how much harder it will be to install the big16g with the kit? i hear all you have to do is get some bigger injectors, fuel pump 190, and maybe even a fmic.... to run safe boost at 16psi. wll it be the same install?

Well, since you already have a 14B in your 2g the install would not be much harder than it was when you were doing your first swap.
In my opinion doing a turbo swap if pretty easy, if that what you refered when you said easy.

Now , i don't know how 16g guys do it, but i would get a bigger pump (255) and AFPR,
having a bigger pump is not a harm if you have something to regulate it with, that way whenever you decide that you had enough of the 16g and you want to go bigger you will have room to play with.
Now you only have to find what size injectors you need for your new snail, i never used a 16g so i don't know, probably 550's would do.
A FMIC would help a lot on taking advantage of your new turbo, if you can get one i think you should.
Good luck
