i bought an 8 lbs. fadenza flywheel for my 1g eclipse 4g63t and the teeth on my starter dont mesh with it its a turbo motor and flywheel but a n/t starter is this the problem ? are thair diffrent starters?:dsm:

Are you positive that the N/T starter is different on the 1g? I have no firsthand experience with them so I don't know, but I wouldn't rule out a flywheel problem yet, Fidanza had a big problem with the early NA MKII MR2 flywheels they made... Eventually they got if fixed, but there was a whole lot of grindin' goin' on for some early users! :)

^^ No he's got a turbo motor and turbo flywheel and a n/t starter. What starter were you running before? Was it the n/t starter on your stock turbo flywheel?
